The Gambler has seen an upswing in the Fluke fishing lately, although the afternnoon trips have been a little tough due to strong South Winds. Plenty of shorts coming over the rails with some keeper Fluke up to 5lbs. a few of our guys have retained limit catches. We are tossing some nice, out-of-season, Sea Bass back but on the 1st, that will open back up and our customers will be allowed to keep a couple of those along with their fluke catch --which helps.
On the Gambler's Nite Wreckin' trips, we are seeing a good showing of mixed sized ling coming in but, again, the South winds have made for some tough conditions on anchor.
Hope to see you aboard
