Due to the continuing COVID-19 pandemic, a new online application form for individual anglers has been developed this year.

Applications for individuals and party/charter boats are currently being accepted through October 31, 2021.

Fill it all out and wont let me put county in. I'm from delaware. I get a Pa fishing license every year and have done so on line since it became available. Supposed to be an improvement for Pa fish and boat commission but I guess not for out of state. For $62 out of state they should deliver it by courier. I beleive they should make states reciprocal for seniors as I am. I am from Pa originally and have fished since horse and buggy days. Actually from 50s with my father. Many more freshwater spots to fish in Pa than De and I am on the Pa Del line 10 to 20 mins from streams they stock with trout. Also easy traveling distance to Pa state parks and other lakes. But ya gotta pay to play. Sorry bout the rant I need to get out fishing this week near me always wait till after opening day of trout now. TITE LINES
