Looking at new electronics this off season.I am primarily bottom and wreck fishing. Do y'all have any preference to bottom scan cards for you MFDs? I know cmor and strikelines make some decent stuff but they don't all play nice together. Any input fellows ?

Navionics sonar chart shading. Platinum shows bottom contour to 1 foot in such detail on select model gps chartplotters.
A bottom guys dream when coupled with a good sounder.

Heard first and then saw the Cmore charts. The bottom detail is AMAZING.

They are pricey....

Gerry they are expensive. But think about it like this, you only have so much time in a day. If you can see exactly where you're sitting on the piece you can fish a spot on the piece. We've used one this season and it has been nothing short of impressive. We've found shit we never knew was there and killed it. I just wanted know if anyone has used any other card with different systems?

I have the C -Map Reveal card for my Simrad Nss evo2. The quality is not as great as Cmore maps but less than 1/2 the price and with the coverage of the canyons included. I could not justify the price of the Cmore due to the ever changing bottom. And if I wanted canyon mapping i would have to buy another card. So where and how i fish would have cost me $1400.

I also like that i can switch map data between my cards on my Simrad with a few menu options quickly.

I have the CMOR card. Here are a few images from a Simrad GO9. No spot burning here, just random images.
