Mad Gaffer blackfish report wed. Dec. 30

we had a good day today, much better than it’s been, we wound up with a whole bunch of nice fish, one limit , and he had one fish 6 pounds, and another Fish 9 1/2 pounds ( pictures can be viewed on my Facebook and Instagram pages ) quite a few guys had three fish one guy had four , and pretty much decent size fish . We also had about 100 shorts, some of them were almost 15 inches, I would say about 30 of them just missed being a keeper, plenty of action. It looks like some of these fish are moving back on the spots, and quite a few of them were gold signifying moving fish. Hopefully it will get better , and January may be a good month. I would like to take this opportunity to wish everyone in this business, and every customer a happy healthy , and safe new year.
I put a short addendum to yesterday’s post about the tragic loss of Capt. Criss Hueth Who owned and operated the big Mohawk, we would like to offer our condolences to his wife , children , and family. He was an Excellent party boat captain, and a credit to our industry, he will be missed
