Merry Christmas Eve Trouts!

Hit the river this morning looking for Bubba. I couldn’t find her but gave it hell! A lot of guys out there today so I left the scene to get away from the masses. Found some nice fish mid river and nobody else in sight. The plug got the Browns and the jig nailed the Bows. 7 bows and 2 Browns total. Biggest Brown was close to 20 inches and a complete alien! Hell of a fight this creature put up. Fun morning on the river and got out of there just before the wind kicked up. Merry Christmas guys! Hoping to see all of you on the water soon! TIGHT LINEZ!!!:D

At 20 inches, that brown is a Grandpa already. Beautiful! I wanted to get over there this coming Tues. & fly cast w/my son, but turns out he has to take the GRE.
