Happy Holidays to everyone!

Thinking about flying down to Tampa late January/early February with a friend. Anyone have any fishing charters/boat suggestions for the Tampa area or further south down I-75 towards Sarasota/Bradenton. Thanks in advance!

Bill

Hi Bill. I fished with Hubbard's, caught Grouper and Snapper great table fare. Good luck down there.

Captain Ed Walker.

I had a charter with Ed when he started. We fished the flats. Great experience wasn't sure if he was still there.

I've taken many different trips out of Hubbards Marina. Always a lot of fun. The 39 hour trips can't be beat. Boat gear and tackle are adequate if you can't bring your own.

I had a trip booked with him this past fall for some shallow water gag grouper fishing. Booked the trip in March just as this whole COVID thing started and had thought it would be over & done with by the time the trip was scheduled.

Thanks Fred! Alex (MVP) recommended Carlos to me in the past. I’ve been texting with Carlos and was all set up for 1/29 but my friend bailed out on the trip after I made all the arrangements.

Thanks to the others for their suggestions. Happy Holidays!
