Not sure where Justin gets all his energy but he's going to be playing outdoors at the Walpack Inn on Sunday 10/25 https://www.walpackinn.com/

If you've never been to the Walpack it's worth the trip. Great food and atmosphere and the fall colors should be right on time. Oh and it just so happens to be a stones throw from the Big D and Flatbrook.

Ruth and I plan to be there, hope to see some of you fresh water crazies there too. Should be a fun time so come out and support Justin!

I don't know of any other place in the state quite like the Walpack Inn. There are restaurants at the shore you can easily associate with fishing, as well as those on Lake Hopatcong you can access by boat. Greenwood Lake, too, if I remember rightly. But the Walpack Inn is like a convergence of hunting and fishing interests. At least that's how it impresses me, even though I don't hunt, and since we always go there in October or November, it's like I hear an echo calling from further north on the Salmon River. How we always hang out by the fire, food having been served on the Steelhead Lodge's deck, and the leaves down giving that same feeling at Walpack.

Bump, :cool:

I Emailed the Inn's office regarding reservations;
the website should be updated by tomorrow for reservations, once the weather is confirmed to be ok.
