Hey Fellas.
What is your favorite rig for Sea Bass. I've fished the "hi/low's with and with out skirts" any other suggestions out there? Is there bait worthwhile buying before boarding a party boat that might be different that what they supply?

I used a hi lo rig over the weekend with a modified bottom sweeper style on a lighter leader off the bottom loop. Similar to a tog sweeper. Had more hits on it...and good hookup ratio. Some fish on the top hook as well, but a majority on the bottom on. Tipping the top hook with some gulp helped as well.

For bait fishing just a plain old hi-lo. Did very well last year with a plain smaller sized 1-2 oz ava jig
