Party Boat Executive Order is Getting Revised!

Just found out the original Executive Order for a limit of 10 on Party Boats is being revised effective immediately... Not sure of the final details in regards to number of passengers allowed just yet but will post them here as they become available....

Gatherings of up to 25 people will now be allowed outdoors, as well as for outdoor recreational businesses like charter and fishing boats, driving ranges, and outdoor batting cages. Murphy added that this does not apply to outdoor dining or graduations.

As usual they (govt) were a day late and a dollar short(for the fluke opener). At least the party boats can now sail and make up some of their lost $$.

That’s good news. My advice is to fish and do what you can to stay safe. Wear a mask, if for nothing else but to remind you not to touch your face. Wear sunglasses so you don’t touch your eyes. Do these things while washing hands and you’ve done all you can do to mitigate the risk. If still not comfortable you still have the CHOICE to stay home, and there is nothing wrong with that.

The other things we all need to do if we intend to fish on a charter or party boat is make sure you are aware of the specific boat rules before you go and once you do you need to follow them or stay home. This business is hard enough and don’t be that guy who makes it harder then it needs to be.

We all have our personal opinions on masks or gloves but opinions have no place once you jump on a boat with others. Do what the Captains and crew asks of you , shut up and fish :cool: :D:D:D

Is there a way to have a locked thread for just accurate executive order fishing updates ?
Not opinions, just the facts indicating what boats can carry what.
Mabey just let the captains post in this thread
Example : Boat name, passenger ammount and rates.
