West wind or East Wind for clean water

From the surf to a few miles out, which wind will have the water clarity better in the Ocean? I have my opinion. Wondering what others think.

Yep - west is best and nothing good usually comes from anything with an E in it. Not our prevailing wind and unless it’s really light, it screws things up...

I have noticed the water to be a little warmer after a NE blow, that’s about all I’ve see good come from it
