Does anyone know if the rumson municipal ramp is open and whether the rumson boro clerk office is open for purchasing a ramp permit, any info appreciated, thanks walt

I was thinking of calling the town clerk to ask. Forgot again today. I guess too busy or mind has turned to mush. LOL
