Lure ID?

A guy gave me a box of plugs. Got some Rebel Jawbreakers a Cisco kid and some metal lips. Is this a Gibbs?

Don't know if they still make them but them and Bob Hahn swimmers and bottle plugs were awesome striper plugs back in the day. Great action fishing the rips at Sandy Hook in the fall. Just cast them up current of the rip and let them do there thing, almost no retrieve necessary. Saw some monster bass caught of that family of plugs.
