Gov. Cuomo striper book

Today in his daily presser, Andrew stated that he was sending his brother Chris the book A Beginner's Guide to Striped Bass Fishing, to read while Chris is in C-19 quarantine in the family basement. Couple a questions if anyone knows:

- I can't find the book, not sure if he got the title right. Anyone know the author and is the book is any good?
- How is Gov. Cuomo's fisherman's cred? Where does he fish? Do stripers make it up to Albany?
- Which one of you distinguished charter CAPTs have taken him out? Which is his favorite charter?

All info is appreciated. Today's press conference was a good connection to fishing for me, until the wind shifts to the W, the ocean lays down, and I can make the dash from the Manasquan to the Raritan.

A striped bass that I tagged in Barnegat Inlet was recaptured in the Hudson River at the Troy Dam upriver from Albany.

Huge monster striper fishery in Kingston as well. At least there used to be.

Sorry, looks like I've revealed myself as an idjit on this board early (it usually takes 2 years :) ). I grew up in Avalon and it's like a different country down there (the Hudson River seems as far away as the Nile). But yes, now that I look at OTW magazine's migration charts I can tell it wasn't a question that needed to be asked. I got excited --- I think it's cool that Cuomo is talking about fishing every day in his press conference now. I hope you do too.
