Looks like the striper migration is gonna get a big break this spring
With the new regs and nobody really fishing the stripers may win this year

It certainly will be interesting how NOAA/ MRIP interprets recreational fishing "effort" vs Landings /vs discards.
Agree Stripers win this spring but will we?

In reality, I've seen more boats / yaks on the water so far this year compared to the last few years. It's only last week of March. Lets see what it looks like in two weeks.
