Banged The Right One on the Bingo Saturday

Picky day of fishing today on the Bingo and seems like most we talked to said the same.. Jigs, Rigs no matter what, just a tough day. Captain Jim had 20 of us on nice bottom all day but pickings were slim.

I had 2 keepers one of which @ 7lbs was good enough for the pool. Sven had 2 keepers and Jarhead was there ;)

Great to be out on the water, good company, great weather and met a few other NJFers I hadn’t met before.

Gerry, what were you fishing for with the light action rod over your left shoulder, thought you use stout rods for Tog

Caught this fish on my jigging set up gypsy, a Black Hole Challenger 731M which believe it or not weights only 8 ounces... The others you see behind me are others lightweight spinners as well specifically used for Blackfish jigging where light weight is key.. If you fish with a heavy rod when jigging, you wont feel the subtle bites which is a must for this style of fishing.
