I was invited by Bruce & Adam for a day of togging with captain hank & Rizzo on the Fish Monger. morning began as expected breezy & cold & stayed that way all day 😂. fish were hungry as we came tightand keepers & shorts were flying over. as usual around 10am they slowed up & we bounced around looking, then around 2 they put the feed bag on again & we ended the day with a nice flurry. highlight of the day was blackfish bobbys son Andrew land this 14lb slob male as I landed my 6th keeper a nice 4lb that looks like a guppy next to it 🤣🤣 I ended with 7k for the day few other people had limits. Joe Zagorski was aboard too but I'll allow him to post his own report. boat ended with 40k with a 14lb &11lb males.

Great trip congrats to jr.. I want to say fish if a lifetime but he has many years to go to match or beat it... great job guys..

Nice post Joe !!! A great day and thanks to Capt Jerry for putting us on the mark for a shot at the Jumbos and to Adam and Bruce for having Andrew and myself on the trip. With Andrew away at college and playing football it has been a few years since we have fished for tog together. It did not take him long to get in the groove. He found his 7th double digit tog....this one being his personal best..brought to net by a Kevin Bogan custom rod made for Andrew 8 years ago for Christmas...a good opportunity for a then and now piece for togging in The Fisherman....started many years ago by Captain Bobby Quinn on the Ocean Explorer. Thanks to all and I wish you Merry Christmas and tight lines...
