When I spoke with the Captain at 10:00 a.m. this morning, he said that we have already had a couple of nice drifts with keepers, slots and throwbacks. We already have over 20 fish on the boat between keepers and slots. Two of the fish are over 25 lbs and some customers already have their limits!
UPDATE: I just spoke with the captain at 11:30 and he reported that we now have over 40 stripers on the boat and we are almost limited out on slot fish and more than a dozen stripers are over 28”. It’s a striper frenzy today!
12:30 p.m. UPDATE: We have more than 50 stripers on-board, between keepers and slot fish, and we limited out on slot fish. We threw back well over 60 shorts and we are still fishing. Sometimes we have as many as 4-5 fish on at a time, sometimes none, but it doesn’t take long to catch one! If you want some stripers, now is the time to come before it's too late! Our pool winner were the Molino brothers from Little Egg Harbor, NJ.
We will be sailing on Thanksgiving Day from 6:30 a.m. – 1:00 p.m. Come out early fishing with us and catch some fresh fish and be home in time for your Thanksgiving dinner with your family and friends.
