Cleaned up the boat and winterized it today! Not about to pay an extra month for the dicey weather month of November. I had a decent season. It wasn't fantastic but good. The best part of this year was I learned a lot about the waters I am fishing and hopefully will do better next year. Now it's party boats and open charters till the spring. Tight lines all and happy holiday's!

You are correct but not for me in my own open 20 ft CC. I spent many years fishing til the end of December in all kinds of weather for blues, bass, cod and blackfish in a open CC but at this point in my life I prefer the comfort and convenience of a open charter or party boat. Tight lines!

Feel ya pain man. Pulled the plug on my ride last week. Like you, it’s time for open boats and PB’s.

Time to let someone else take the helm and relax a little bit.
