MISS BELMAR PRINCESS

Today, fishing was not good. We saw fish on top at times but they didn’t want to cooperate. We would occasionally have great readings on the scope but they were tough to catch. It may have been due to the boat traffic. Out of the whole fleet, no one caught fish good today. We will be back at it tomorrow morning hoping for better results. I will post pictures as soon as I get them. Everyone is still out fishing hoping for the late bite.

ROYAL MISS BELMAR

Today, we fished right outside of Shark River Inlet up to Sandy Hook working the beach all day. We had a small charter and ended up catching a handful of stripers, all being close to 40 lbs or over, and a thresher shark. Overall, it was a slow day but we ended up with some stripers. I will post pictures as soon as I get them. Everyone is still out fishing hoping for the late bite. We would like to thank Dan Smucker Masonry for joining us today. Even though fishing was tough, we enjoyed having you all on-board today.

If you have been thinking about coming fishing, NOW is the time to come striper fishing! It’s red hot right now and they are monsters! Take advantage of this excellent fall striper fishing while you still can! On the days where it is cold we will have hot food and hot soup on-board. We also have a full galley and a cook every day.

Also, for those that have been asking, you will want 30-40 lb test for these monsters if you’re bringing your own rod. If not, we have custom rod and reel rentals on the boat.

The Miss Belmar Princess is sailing daily for stripers and blues from 7:30 a.m. – 2:30 p.m. The Royal Miss Belmar has a special whale watching trip every Sunday from 1:30 p.m. – 4:30 p.m.

The Miss Belmar Princess is the largest, fastest and cleanest fishing boat in Belmar. With Miss Belmar's 3 engines and a total of 2,100 horsepower, she is the first boat to the fishing grounds every day and we guarantee it. No other boat comes close. Try us and you'll see why.
