Does anyone know where I can get the following information regarding summer flounder? I would like to know the mortality rate used in 2016, 2017 and 2018 for both the recreational and commercial fisheries. And how much did the recreational exceed their quota for 2017 AND 2018. Any assistance is appreciated.
