Bluefish & Bonito Friday & Saturday & Sunday 7:30AM
Bluefin - Bonito - Sea Bass - Ling Today - Thursday
We had a tough day on the Bonito grounds today. We covered many miles looking for Bonito and Albacore
today without much luck. There were also, other boats out today trolling nearby and they did not have any better results.
We caught a couple.of bonito on our first drop and then tried several other areas. In one area we did pretty well with large
sea bass and ling while we were chumming but, no Bonito or Albacore in that area.
On our final stop we put more sea bass and ling in the boat until Brian Wilhoit from Oxon Hill Maryland hooked
into a 40-in bluefin tuna. It put up quite a fight until it was finally subdued making him the pool winner.
The tuna was caught on a 1 1/4 oz pink epoxy jig.
Blue fishing has been good every day so, for the next couple of trips will be shifting our focus to blue fish, while
keeping an eye open for Bonito and Albacore. We will have chum and spearing on board if we do run across them.

1/2 Night Ling Saturday 7:30PM
It looks good for 1/2 night ling trip this weekend. We had another good trip for Ling Saturday night with
everyone catching plenty of good size ling
Fishing has been good every weekend, we are sailing 7:30PM until 1:00AM next Saturday.
Afternoon Family Fun Trips - 4hrs.
4 hour afternoon trips sail Wednesday Thursday Friday and Sunday at 4: 30PM.
(Thursday is fishing in fireworks from 5:00 p.m. till 9:30)
We are now taking reservations for Canyon tuna trips that will sail this fall.
