Info on a charter for 8-16 people

Hey all, I have a bunch of people at work looking to do a charter in the fall for stripers. Could be anywhere from 8-16 people depending on availability, some of us are seasoned fisherman but a lot don't have much experience. A lot of the charter boats I've found have been 4-6 people max, so I'm wondering what our options are. Just starting to look into this, any tips appreciated. Thanks in advance! :D

Ray on the mad gaffer can take up to 12 I believe. I think. chad on the tagged fish can take 15 people.
