Anyone else down @ Island Beach today?

Dozens of washed up fish on the shore. I'm new to this and couldn't determine the species.
Looked like baby sea bass. I could be wrong...

Saturday while returning to the dock, we passed hundreds if not thousands of floating bunker, all bit in half, near Sandy Hook. Never seen anything like it. I'm guessing blue fish.

There were whales in the bay on Saturday eating bunkers. Someone would have seen quite a commotion if bluefish were eating that many bunkers. The water would have been frothing and there would have been a canopy of birds that could have been seen for miles. I'm going with whales!
