Squeezed in another really great day on the hard water. Perfect day with no wind, sunny skies, good friends, good eats and flags, flags, flags !!!!
16 degrees when we hit the ice at 8am. 6 inches of ice. Moaning and groaning ice all day. :eek:
Blackfish Bobby Outfitters fills the stringers again. Thanks Mike for the incredible marinated venison tender loins. Grillin and Chillin on the ice was perfect today.

That’s how it’s done! Great catching again Bobby and crew! Ice is in pretty good shape up that way!!! Hopefully this weekend the ice fishing festivities continue! Yea buddy!!!:D

that looks like a good time right there.. those perch are fat, good eats right there. those suckers or creek chubs are fantastic bait, pike love em... hard to come by unless you know where to place traps. i used to catch them with corn then use the middle sized ones for tip ups sometimes i would get big ones then have to let them go because they were to big and would keep setting the tip ups off. 3 to 5" is perfect size for bait. really nice stringers well done.
