Started early Saturday morning in southern Monmouth. water was stained but I tried for a couple hours and got nothing and didn't really see anything going on. I did the Saturday night shift and went to a spot that has been good but the water there was like a chalky milky color. I think it was due to the beach replenishment a little south of there? Took one cast and drove south where I found it was better. Wasn't really familiar with that spot so I started casting and walking. Found a nice cut and scratched up 4 bass 20 to 30 inches, all on the plug nothing on the teaser. To sum it up so far I've had a good October and November has been a grind. The biggest issue for me has been dirty water and no bait in the wash. My friend did pretty good a ways south of me. Finally on this day of remembrance just want to thank those that serve and have served to protect our freedom.
