"Billy's Red Room" on 46" Striper

Billy, Billy's Red Rooms bar burnt down almost a year ago. Cleaning the bass I caught last year made him leave the back bar door unlocked. Leaving the door unlocked allowed him to exit the fire. At 85 happy he is here with us today! He introduced me to fishing 20 years ago and I have not stopped since. He is like a grandfather to me. Awesome watching him reel in the bass today! Tight Lines!!!

Glad Billy's still reeling them in.We all miss Billy and Madeline's Red Room,especially with the holidays coming up.No moonshine cherries this year.There's no local watering hole here in Whippany like Billy's.

Not many places anywhere like their place! First time I went there, didn’t realize I knew them from the marina. Pure coincidence that I stopped in. Greeted with the moonshine cherries, I was there as often as I could while I worked in the area. Two great people! Great to see him still reeling them in!

Great watering hole fore sure! Worked on Algonquin parkway for years, loved going for chili. Shame it’s gone

Glad Billy is still fishing. My office transferred our location to the Red Room every Friday afternoon for about 20 years, even had my first date with my wife there. Miss the old place.

On a side note, don't ask Billy to tell you the plunger joke.
