Good news. A boat is just a boat but there is only one Captain George. I'll be stopping by the Prowler when I hit the Highlands.

How can this be good news when another boat is gone ? And a great boat at that . Wish you well Capt. George .

Maybe George earned it working years of 7 day work weeks?

The boat was sold to scale back activities.

George is a class act. My first party boat experiences were blackfishing on the angler and when the bite was good he would come down and explain a few of the subtleties to me. I worked for fish and wildlife at the time and while I explained a hundred times that I wasn't a conservation officer, he never believed me :D:D:D

Capt. George you and the Angler will be missed, I will definitely stop by one of your fluke trips on the prowler.

Sorry hear about this but enjoy your retirement you deserve it. I have very found memories fishing on the old angler I loved the Flounder fishing we used to do. Good luck to hopefully I will run into you fishing one of these days.

Been fishing with captain George since I was a kid. I'm 35 right now and still fishing with captain George. God willing he will be back on the fluke grounds on a different boat this season and i will fish with him until the day he throws un the towel. Best captain by far in the Atlantic highlands fleet and I wish him all the best on whatever he decides but the Angler will be missed
