Hi guys its been about 10 years since i been out trolling looking for any help inshore to 30 line. tuna would be ultimate goal but any good fight would be great can anybody direct me in the right direction. if there is anybody heading out early sat morning looking for a buddy boat that would be great also thanks.

Well if you're looking for Bluefin which is what most target on the 30 line and inshore of it, I think the water is likely a little too warm for them now but might be worth looking for in the fall and next spring/early summer when the water temps are cooler.
Other then that, I think (not sure) most that are trolling around and hoping for Yellowfin inshore of the Canyon are likely running to the Chicken...
I think right now your best bet closer inshore would be Mahi trolling and baiting around the pots. Not sure what port your out of but we just has some cleaner bluer water move into the western side of the Mudole yesterday and that should set the stage.

Thanks guys I'm heading out late couldn't get everything done in time. I run out of little egg inlet. No satellite phone yet.

Jumbo bft are all over now.... just can’t keep them, close like 2 miles off in many places lately
