Last night, we had excellent fishing. We fished north east of Shark River Inlet and had fantastic angling with sea bass, there were a lot of mackerel and the pool winner was a 3 1/2 lb fluke. We even got a double header of blues! It was a lot of fun with a lot of action and a lot of happy patrons making great memories! Our pool winner was Nick Schilan from South Brunswick, NJ.
This morning, we ran north east of Shark River Inlet. We anchored up and picked away at the sea bass with some mackerel mixed in. There was plenty of action with most on-board limiting out on sea bass. We ran inshore midday and found plenty of bird life on the beach with some fish on top where we picked at some blues on a few drifts. Overall, it was a good day of angling with great weather! Our pool winner was Don Glass from Wyckoff, NJ.
