Last night, we fished to the East of Shark River Inlet in the mussel beds and had a lot of action with the sea bass, both keepers and shorts, with many patrons catching their limits. We also had a nice shot of both keeper and short fluke, with some really nice sized flatties being caught!!! Our pool winner was Brandon Cohen from Asbury Park, NJ.
Today, we had another excellent day of angling with great jigging from the start! There was plenty of white water with fish working on top, along with excellent readings top to bottom at times. Mid day, we ventured offshore and concentrated on the sea bass and fluke. We had great action with the sea bass with fluke mixed in. It was a great day with a lot of action!
