Today on the Annie B we have a 10 to 12 Hour Whiting/Ling Marathon

We have had Good Days, Very Good Days and then there was yesterday

EPIC, PHENOMENAL & INCREDIBLE

We caught so many BIG Whiting at 1 PM I asked Captain Nate if we can switch to Haddock for last 2 hours

I easily had over 100 Fish mostly Whiting

We had at least 40 Whiting from 21 Inches to 29 inches up to 4 1/4 lbs

Too many to count in 2 to 3 lb range

If you take this fishing into proper Perspective it is WAY BETTER than the "good old days"

Catching over 100 Fish in 320 Feet of water in less than 5 hours actual fishing time would be the equivalent of catching 400 fish in 80 feet of water

Pretty much lights out fishing all day. Pulling up double and triple headers was the norm rather than the exception. Some great quality fish. Good showing of ling and Keeper Haddock.

I actually stopped fishing at 1 pm (end was 330P) cause my cooler was full and I also had filled it the day before on 8/02.

Capt Nate is fantastic, and the Annie B is a great boat to fish from, plenty of cockpit space for 6 on the 42 fter.

Will be back on the Annie B Sept 6th, and then on the LMA JErsey trip Sept. 7th.
