Yesterday afternoon, it was beautiful out on the ocean. We fished east where we have been fishing with a lot of sea bass. Plenty were had by all and everyone had a great time. Now is the time to come fishing with your family and friends with the beautiful weather and before the summer is over.
Today, we made a few drifts and picked right away. The drifts then got fast so we anchored up and continued to fish the rest of the day on the mussel beds and rocky bottom north east of Shark River Inlet where we have been fishing. It was once again a good day of sea bass fishing all around the boat and we even caught a straggler Spanish mackerel in the mix. (I don't have today's pictures yet so I will post them tomorrow. Below are pictures from yesterday afternoon)
