Started my typical late time at 10 am with Ray Rod and Andy S. Yeah, got Mr Trout to get on the salt today!!

Really no game plan launching out of KMB. The 5-10 north forecast was actually a solid 20. Tucked in behind SI and drifted the Reach south to the triangle. One keeper early @19” and that would be the lonely keeper of the day.

Pockets of fish, mostly postage stamps with birds and dogs in the mix.

Wind dropped out around 130 and made the move out to the Reach/Chapel Hill. Same MO with shorts and birds. Made a last few drifts at the 11A with stamps and pork chops short biting the baits.

Pulled a combo of bait and teasers. Lone keeper on a spearing/teaser combo.
Surface temps in the hi 70’s.

Awesome watching a pair of whales beating on the endless bunker pods!
Andy using an Avet SX is a sight to behold!!!:D
Tru to form Ray falling asleep with rod in hand.....:p

Fun day nonetheless boys!!!

Thanx for the day out ! Yet again I failed to get my Saltwater Registration to fish parts of the Atlantic ocean and bay near my home. I did not retain any fish for the day.
Seeing massive amounts of adult bunkah and 2 whales feeding on them was worth the price of admission.
