Fishing has been phenomenal down hear the past week a striper trip resulted in non-stop slot fish with a few doubles , next day I was able to net some decent size peanuts behind my house and turned them into a limit of fluke by 9am from 21"-27". Yesterday the east winds warmed up the surf into prime shark temps and I went 2 for 4 landing a 8' sand tiger and a 3' brownie at the top of the tide

That’s some cool stuff for sure!

What are you using for the beach sharking? Spin? Bait casting? Rigging? Never did the beach thing. Curious about rigging.

I use a 10' rod with 6000 battle spoiled with 65lb braid... 3' of 125 mono with a slide then crimped to barrel swivels and 126 wire haywire twist to 10/0 hook
