What a great day today on The Fishermen! Have to say big thanks to Capt Ron, Joey, and Bruce! You guys are the best!! I didnt get my doormat today but i did put a fat 6 pounder in the box!! The bite today was awesome!! Started off with a little wind against tide but we did a little power drifting and fish were coming over the rails! I was up in my spot jigging my ass off all day. Once we figured out what color they wanted it was game on. I started with white and got a few shorts but switched over to chart and they were all over it. They wanted a little meat on the hook as well. Just about everyone was putting meat in the box today. Even the rental rods! Joey and Bruce had their hands full netting fish! I quickly put 2 keepers in the box. Had a little boat traffic that shut the bite down for a little while but once it all settled down they were biting again!. My limit fish was a good one! I knew it as soon as i set the hook that i had a decent fish on! Reeled her in nice and slowly and once it surfaced Bruce was right there with the net and in she went. Fish weighed out at 6 pounds on the dot! My biggest one of the season so far! Got my third limit of the season and won the pool!! Doesnt get any better then that! Towards the end of the day i hooked up with another fish and once i got it to the top it didnt look like a keeper so i swung it up and over the rail only to find out it was 19in! Swinging keepers style!! Ended the day with 4 keepers ( only keeping my limit ) to 6 pounds and a whole mess of shorts. It was a great day on the water!!

You are on fire. Very happy you are feeling better and crushing it on the Fishermen . Ron gets it done everyday at least with the effort but appears with the catching too

Thanks buddy! Yeah i had a doctors appt on Friday and everything was looking good. Hopefully they pull this PICC line outta my arm next month. Blood clots are just about gone too!

Hope we get to do a RFA Fluke trip this year! Always a great time!
