weekend raritan bay surf report

Fished the bay Friday afternoon with two friends. One had 12 stripers and 2 blues - 9 of the stripers were overs. The other guy fishing had about 7 stripers which were all overs and I could not get catch a fish to save my life. They were only 100 yards from me.

Back to the same area Saturday afternoon. Left them biting hard! - no bass. One blue was 38"!

Now that's a Gator dude. Beast fish. Sounds like some epic striper fishing with all those fish being overs. Sorry to hear you didn't get one...strange how that happens. Nicely Done.
