Well as everyone knows this time of the year as mentioned there so much time to fish and so little time to sleep. Got out Friday night in the mamba for some eyes on the big pond...slow night to say the least we worked some spots and some new turf I had my eye on and were only able to come up with 5/eyes between me and jimmylivebait. That rain we had on Friday and big dumb bright thing in the sky shut the bite down i think.. Stickbaits and plastics did the trick for us. Went home got 4/hours of sleep and woke up bright and early for a solo mission on the valley. Got there early set up the rods and plucked away at a bunch of stockie bows and about 8 or 9 nice 18-20 inchers on the leadcore and flatlines. No rvta tagged fish but all quality fish. Spoons rapalas the normal go to worked well for the day. Sunday I wasn't planning on being sick in the head and fishing but I was helping Tommy out at the sporting life and he wanted some trout sooooo I went fishing!! Ran over to the mighty mighty lamington and worked quick to pick 13 trouser trouts leftover from Wednesday stocking. Finally got a cup of coffee in me and hit up a local pond on the way home around the corner from my house got 8 or 9 small bows and a nice brownie. Crazy weekend!!! But we'll worth it!!! Pick your poison guys, shad trout stripers eyes hybrids sheeeshhhhhh!!! Get out and get some,

Mmmm lamington. This should be sporting life's official river :) maybe sporting life can buy a few miles of it and stock it with big browns :D

I was just there yesterday but only hooked into smallmouth (lots of em, small size), 1 rock bass and 1 fallfish. A rainbow followed my lure in one of the first pools but it never committed even after staring at it for a few seconds :P

Now that's how you cram a month of fishing into 2 days. What didn't you fish for ??? Nice work as usual buddy.
