Went back to a new 225 center console last season and looking to purchase a new trailer. I only use it to go in and out once a season and want the security of being able to pull it for a storm. Does it make sense to spend the extra cash on the rollers or do I go with Bunks that require little maintenance and are a few bucks cheaper?
Thanks in advance

Go with the bunk trailer. It gives the hull better support. I use a bunk for my 25 center. It is easy on and off. Good luck with the new boat

i'm happy with my roller trailer for my sea hunt. boat rests on it all year long (i trailer it to different launch sites) and is very low maintenance. seems to support the hull well and no problems so far.

Little delayed, but here's my experience.
Had a roller trailer for 20 years....was simply worn out.
Bought a used Venture bunk trailer that needed a little work (couldn't say no to the price). Fixed it up, new bunks, new brakes, yadda yadda yadda.
I love the bunk trailer. I'll never go back to a roller.
