Every year my dad (aka poppy) comes out on the first trip of the year and always catches the first fish. Things didn't change this year and I was honored to get him out with me again. First fish was a plump 33" bass. We finished the day off with a limit box of bass. Thx poppy for coming and always supporting me in my endeavors.
Sunday we had the Tony T crew out as always had a great time catching bass to 35" and limiting the boat. Jesus had big fish of the day and Tommy K reeled them in right through the rod tips. Stretches and small mojos as well as Bomber plugs worked well all day. We went to the clams for a while and only had a few
Bites that didn't come tight. They even bounced sinkers for
Flounder to no avail.
