Their is no reason to hold off announcing this till the regulations are officially announced.

The ONLY thing in question is

Can we retain 10 or 12 Haddock Per Day


Those that can go BOTH days will go to the roster and those that can only go one day will go to the waiting list for the first 2 weeks From 4/15 - 4/29
