Thermostat and Water Pump

Does anyone know if the water pump and thermostat are replaced when a new powerhead is installed. Also what is the recommended time to change these 2 parts. Thanks

I do thermos every year or 100 hours. Water pumps I do every other year regardless. Can't help you with the power head I am sure someone can, but if you spent the money to replace it I would recommend doing it all so you know for sure when everything was done and start with a clean slate.
