Does anyone have any experience with them? I was reading some of the reviews and they are unbelievably high. And the price seems pretty good on most of them at under $50.

I’ve been using one now for a bunch of months and I have no problem with it. Drag I see still smooth, handle and spool still spin very smooth. This is a smaller 2500 series and it’s used every weekend in the saltwater. Gets a rinsing, doesn’t show any tarnish or pitting.

I dont have one but I've heard nothing but good things about them. If you want to see them in action check out ExtremePhillyFishing on youtube, I think he's sponsored by them now but when he first started using them he wasn't. He speaks very highly of them and uses them on all of his rods.

They are absolute shit, Chinese OEM junk. Every positive review you've read was paid for, every youtuber pushing them are either sponsored or affiliated.

Having said that, there are worse actors in the tackle industry, like Favorite brand POS rods and reels. At least with Kastking you're paying low dollar for a disposable reel...the same exact reel are being sold under other brands for double the price.

You are much, much better served by sticking with Shimano or Daiwa, even Abu tho they use OEM manufacturing at least there are some standards.
