We has a flat calm ocean to start the day. We said we would start the day with jigs on and stop for bass if the birds were up. Normally it is the kiss of death to try for yesterdays fish but they were up ans feeding. Mostly shorts and slot fish with a few over 38 inch. For the hour that we jigged HH had over a dozen bass.
We switched to tog and had a good bite with our best keeper ratio of the day. The south wind came on when we got the ebb tide it got rolley. The bite got better but the size shrunk. Not as good as yesterday when we had a NW wind.
Chet had another tog pool'
As of now the weather looks good from Wednesday on with NW winds. It will be cold but our last chance at tog with a 6 fish limit.
MERRY CHRISTMAS TO ALL FROM THE ANGLER CREW AND FAMILY.
Thanks Captain George
