If you guys want a simple dish that is absolutely delicious try this one. First cut like 2 or 3 Tog filets in chunks and set them aside. What you'll need for the sauce is as follows:
1. 1 can whole peeled tomatoes (San Marzano)
2. 3 cloves of garlic sliced
3. 1 cup or so dry white wine( I use Pino )
4. Clam juice or fish stock
5. Red Pepper flakes
6. Chopped Parsley
7. Olive oil
Sauté sliced garlic in olive oil, then add your red pepper flakes and a little parsley. Next deglaze with white wine. Let it come to boil and cook for like 5 minutes. Now add your whole tomatoes. Crush them with a spoon while their cooking and add the liquid from the can. Next add like a cup or so of your stock or clam juice. Add some salt and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and let it simmer for like 20 minutes. Now place the Tog filets in and cover Cook for another 10 minutes or so then add the rest of parsley. You can either make it with rice or linguine. A glass of wine and your all set. Hope you enjoy it.
