Saturday aboard the Down Deep & Down Deep Bull we ran 2 more 6 am open boat Striped Bass trips for great crews of new and returning guys. Overnight we were invaded by a large body of twerps. The crews had plenty of action but found it nearly impossible to get thru the smaller fish to the larger stuff below. Bonus fish were abundant with only a handful of slots made it to the table. Once these rats thin out, hopefully it’s as fast as they got here, we will be right back into better fish. It’s great to see there are large and different size class fish all over this season which is an indication of a healthy future fishery. Striped Bass fishing this season may be the best in recent memory, don’t miss out. Back at it tomorrow. Thanks everyone for sailing with us again and all others who continue booking Jumbo Striped Bass, Tog & Seabass trips going forward at a rapid pace. Don't miss the next open boat trips -
