Had that happen to an uncle surf casting in long island in the 70's.tide took out his gear, cooler&fish.there were other factors involved. ...stick of pepperoni,block of Provolone & a case of bud !!! Good times!! Good times!!

The car belongs to EPIC SECURITY out of New York...checked the phone #..it might be on Long Island....someone is gonna be looking for a new job!!!!

They hired them to patrol below the water. As you catch a fish, they drive out to make sure it's legal.

Looks like he forgot to put the drain plug in before launching. Common problem.
